Subject/Title of Window: The Miraclulous Draught of Fishes
Brief Description of Subject:
"Just as day was breaking, Jesus stood on the beach; yet the disciples did not know it was Jesus. Jesus said to them, 'Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.' So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, for the quantity of fish." John 21
Jesus is pictured standing in the fishing boat. His hand is raised above the anxious fishermen who are struggling to pull in the net heavy wtih the catch.
This window is filled with masterful detail: the turquoise of the lake in the background, the trees close to the water's edge, the lap of the ripples against the side of the ship, the string of the net, even the fish within the net - all perfect in detail.

The MSGC is a constantly evolving database. Not all the data that has been collected by volunteers has been sorted and entered. Not every building has been completely documented.
All images in the Index are either born-digital photographs of windows or buildings or are scans of slides, prints, or other published sources. These images have been provided by volunteers and the quality of the material varies widely.
